Kodiak Kowboy declared from Sprint

Grade I winner Kodiak Kowboy has been declared out of the Breeders’ Cup Sprint after working a half mile in :52.2/5 this morning at Santa Anita.
Kodiak Kowboy did not scope clean following the move, however, and his connections opted to pull him from the event.
Other defections today included Filly and Mare Sprint contender Allicansayis Wow, who sustained a suspensory injury following a half-mile work in :47 1/5 Sunday morning.
